In just 2 minutes, we're going to create an awesome magnifying glass effect!

In this short Photoshop tutorial, we will start with two layers: a background, and a magnifying glass.

Then, using a bunch of different tools and techniques, we're going to make that magnifying glass work - even when we move it around!
